Kassidy Sevilla is a Director at Cook Commercial Partners, where she leads nationwide investment sales with a focused expertise in net-leased Healthcare and Medical Office assets. With a deep understanding of lease structures, valuation, and investment strategy, Kassidy advises physician groups, private investors, and institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of high-performing real estate. Her approach is results-driven, creative, and strategic—delivering maximum value through tailored solutions that align with her clients’ long-term goals.

Kassidy launched her commercial real estate career in 2009 and brings a well-rounded background spanning brokerage, leasing, asset management, and staffing. Before joining Cook Commercial Partners, she played a pivotal role in expanding two new markets from the ground up in Chicago, earning a reputation for her entrepreneurial drive and market insight. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago (2019), which complements her strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Outside of real estate, Kassidy finds joy in fitness, travel, discovering new restaurants, and making meaningful memories with her family.
